About Woodend Sand & Soil

Brett Stewart is the owner and operator of Woodend Sand and Soil. He took over the management of Riddells Creek Party hire in 2016, moved the business to Woodend in 2019, and expanded into sand, soil, and machinery hire the year after. Since that time, the company has expanded from 10 bins of sand and soil, to 26 bins, becoming a well-relied on supplier for Macedon Ranges’ professionals and home DIY gardeners alike.

Brett grew up in the country and his beliefs are centred around good old fashioned country morals. He strives to provide exceptional service and support local. Brett sources the majority of his rock from local quarries, employs people from the surrounding area and supports local associations like the Macedon Ranges Soccer Club and Woodend Football Club. Brett and his small team offer down to earth, ‘no bull’ advice and service to assist customers in realising their landscaping and event dreams.
